About Me:

Detail-oriented, resourceful and assertive litigation paralegal since 2003, most recently working on behalf of 37 hospitals in litigation against the tobacco industry filed in the City of St. Louis; Relied heavily upon by numerous attorneys to quickly and efficiently organize numerous documents disclosed as reliance materials in preparation for expert and lay-person depositions in a short period of time.  As well as researching background, prior testimony and other publications of the expert, including coding and collating deposition testimony electronically to be easily and quickly accessible for use in trial.  Electronic organization and review of hundreds of thousands of bytes of electronic data including pleadings, exhibits, correspondence and other documentation for use at trial, offering opinions on how to make matters work more efficiently implementing those suggestions to the benefit of the client(s) and firm.  Also experienced working on FELA, asbestos, personal injury, family law and toxic tort matters.   Available to work out of my home office which is equipped with MS Office, copier, fax, high-speed internet, email, shredder and Dictaphone.  Additional experience to that mentioned above, includes review of medical records and preparation of medical record summaries, deposition summaries, document review, drafting complaints, answers to discovery, requesting medical records, billing and pathology. In addition to preparation and organization of databases for record tracking and data entry of medical record summaries, pleadings, correspondence and trial exhibits.
